At Snapture, we want you to love your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thesnapture.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Final sale items are not eligible for return.
